The following can only be purchased by sponsors/resource providers with an onsite exhibit space.
Lead Retrieval
The LeadR app is free to download. When you open the app, you will need to enter an exhibitor ID key. Purchase the amount of keys below, which will be distributed via email a week before the conference. You can then quickly scan anyone's badge and enter custom notes to be downloaded after the conference.
Sponsor/Resource Provider places a flyer or product on each seat of the general session for participants
Resource Provider is provided with a 15-minute presentation at the Demo Lounge, located in the Resource Hall. The purpose is to demonstrate their resource(s) or to explain the benefits/features of the resource(s). The Demo Presentations will be included on the Conference Scavenger Hunt activity as well as advertised within the Conference app. Signage regarding Demo Presentations will also be displayed. (This is only an add-on for general Resource Providers since Sponsor packages already include at least one Demo Presentation.)
Author Chat = $250
Sponsor/Resource Provider arranges for an author (associated with their company/resources) to share a brief synopsis of their book/text and to answer questions and/or sign books/texts (up to 15 minutes). The Author Chats will take place in a specific Author Chat location within the Resource Hall. They will be included on the Conference Scavenger Hunt activity as well as advertised within the Conference app. Signage regarding Author Chats will also be displayed.
Resource Provider Spotlight = $100
Resource Provider is included in the Conference Scavenger Hunt activity, including signage regarding participation. The scavenger hunt activity will include conference attendee engagement at the participating resource provider booth, such as taking a selfie at the booth and posting it to social media. This spotlight also includes a special recognition social media post by NABE. (This is only an add-on for general Resource Providers since Sponsor packages already include participation in the Scavenger Hunt Activity.)
